WASH | DRY | FOLD How do I drop off my laundry?

Place your items in one of the drawers located under the counter. Lock the drawer using the key hanging inside the back of the drawer door. Be sure to note the letter of the drawer you used so we know it's yours!

WASH | DRY | FOLD What information do I need to send after dropping off my laundry?

Text us at 218-732-9019 with the following details:
Your name
Your email
The letter of the drawer you placed your items in
Any special instructions for your laundry

WASH | DRY | FOLD What happens after I drop off and text you?

We’ll confirm receipt of your laundry via text and email, provide an estimated completion date, and notify you of any known extra charges.

WASH | DRY | FOLD How and when will I get my laundry back?

Once your laundry is ready, you’ll receive a text and email with an invoice that includes a payment link. After payment is received, your laundry will be returned to the drawer for pickup.

WASH | DRY | FOLD What is the pricing and turnaround time?

Rate: $1.79/lb with a $20 minimum
Turnaround:
Sunday by 1pm → Tuesday afternoon
Monday by 1pm → Wednesday afternoon
Tuesday by 1pm → Thursday afternoon
Wednesday by 1pm → Friday afternoon
Thursday by 1pm → Saturday afternoon
Friday by 1pm → Sunday afternoon
Saturday by 1pm → Monday afternoon
Additional charges may apply for:

How do I sign up for FAS Rewards and add money to my account?

To join our Rewards Program and load funds onto your laundry account, simply click the “Rewards” tab on our website. You’ll be redirected to your account portal sign-in, where you can create an account, check your rewards, add money, and manage your balance—all in one place!

Which machines accept credit cards?

We have one 40 lb, one 30 lb, and multiple 60 lb washers that all accept credit card payments. In addition, every new dryer in our facility is equipped with convenient credit card payment options.
